Repair reserve fund guidelines

According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's Condominium Repair Reserve Guideline (2011), the monthly repair reserve, average value, and range per condominium occupied area are as follows. Let's analyze whether the repair reserve fund of the apartment you live in is appropriate.
Less than 15th floor
・ Total floor area less than 5000 ㎡
Average 218 yen / ㎡ 165-250 yen / ㎡
・ Total floor area of 5000 m2 or more and 10,000 m2 or more
Average 202 yen / ㎡ 140-265 yen / ㎡
・ Total floor area of 10,000 m2 or more
Average 178 yen / ㎡ 135-220 yen / ㎡
20th floor and above
・ Regardless of the floor area
Average 206 yen / ㎡ 170-245 yen / ㎡
