What is a REIT?

Real estate investment trusts are managed by investing the funds collected from investors in real estate such as office buildings and commercial facilities. A real estate investment trust is a financial product that distributes rental income obtained from real estate and gains on sales associated with the replacement of real estate to investors as dividends. Until now, the main investment targets of investment trusts were limited to securities such as stocks and bonds, but with the revision of the Investment Trust Law, it has become possible to make real estate the main investment target from November 2000. .. Born in 1960 in the United States, it is called Real Estate Investment Trust, or REIT for short.
