Regarding defects in existing homes

② Termite

* For ①, marbles and a large right triangle ruler are useful as tools. Is the opening and closing of the fittings smooth? Regarding ③, be careful if there is a musty odor. ② and ③ are invisible parts, so it is recommended that you have a specialist look at them.
