When you changed land and the building which were fixed assets for the same type of assets, there is the exception that a transfer is considered that there was not it. This is called an exception of the exchange of fixed assets. Thinking about economy in tax, it is possible to change the real estate which does not produce profit for the real estate producing profit. Furthermore, a landowner sells all and a part of the land to the developer company and then a landowner has the developer build the building. There is the method to get the sectional ownership of the building equivalent to the price of land which a landowner sold.
☞It is interesting if it becomes the convincible condition including economy in tax.
